Professional Conference Video Production Aerial Video

Conferences are full of moments like these. As you plan your conference as an organization, it’s important to decide if the goal is to share information and then forget it, or if you’d like to make sure that your successful event can be learned from and broadcast into the future. Conference video, especially from our trained team, makes it possible to guarantee that the success of the event lasts forever in any form you need.

Our Production Process – From Pre-Production to Post-Post-Production

Here at JB Digital, we believe in transparency. Everything we do is out in the open, allowing you to follow along in the process. We also stand out from other conference video specialists in that we handle the entire project from pre-production and onward.

All we need from you is a call and a goal. Once we have that information, we start with the pre-production work:

Determining travel and setup time.
Writing up questions for interviews and an action plan.
Checking all angles and determining lighting needs.
Setting up equipment or renting a side room if needed.
Planning a narrative strategy, storyboarding, and more.
It varies according to each project, but with each project you can feel confident that we’re in control. We know that our clients look to us because we’re the video experts. We take that role seriously, and consider pre-production one of the parts of the process that we are most responsible for.

Production and Post-Production

The day of the event is the day of production, and because of our post-production strategies, we’ll be ready. There may be situations where interviews need to be conducted early or setup needs to be recorded for “B-Roll” and we’ll be there, cameras in hand, ready to get the footage we need. Throughout the event, based on our game plan, we’ll have multiple conference videographers at each location, ready to start obtaining all of the best clips for your final video.

Of course, production is the most straight forward step in the process. The next step, post-production, is where the idea for the video takes steps to becoming a final product.

This is also another area where JB Digital stands out. We give you access to our project management system, making it possible for you to track progress of your video through the pipeline and provide feedback throughout. We also use a three step process that makes it easier for us to collaborate with our clients. Our process includes:

Rough Cut – This is where we put all the clips together to tell a story. At this point we have not necessarily added color correction or significant visual editing, but have come up with a narrative based on the best clips so that you can envision the final result with ease. We give you plenty of space to provide feedback.
Fine Cut – This is the video near completion, with graphics and text embedded, any new clips added, music, and anything else that is needed to move your video forward to the final cut. In some cases, our clients are finished after this cut. But we also welcome feedback, and will integrate any feedback into the next stage.
Final Cut – Here you’ll have your completed video, with all of the color and sound corrections, graphics, animations, and anything else you need to love the final product. Once completed, it is ready to be shared on your website, social media, or anywhere else that you hoped others would view it.
Unlike many other conference video agencies, we are also available for added support after the video has been completed. We can provide you with analytics, marketing, content writing, feedback integration, and other services to help you get the most from your video.

JB Digital is available to provide state of the art video, excellent service, and a transparent process that is catered to your satisfaction. Any type of conference, any size, give us a call to get the process started.
